The PVB producing plant of Jilin Nord Hi-Tech New Material Co.,Ltd covers 41,766 square meters with state of art PVB production line of five, and resin powder producing base occupied 20,000 square meters with 8 production lines which equal or beyond international polyvinyl butyral resin industry synthesis standards, including 2 PVB lines with which can produce a large width of PVB film up to 3600mm. The actual largest producing width can reach up to 3300mm which is more benefit for those factories producing laminated glass to choose and match their multiple processing demands.Except that, there are sixty eight equipment for various producing purpose, and also a standardized laboratory and testing room of 500 square meters, a dust-free workshop, as well some testing equipment such as gas chromatography, atomic absorption spectroscopy, haze analyzer, gas mass spectrometry ICP and PVB melt index analyzer, as well as a small size autoclave. Above of those ensure the sectors of personnel, researching,design, test and processing improvement to be guaranteed enough. The annual producing capacity of the PVB film in Jilin Nord plant reaches up to 10,000 tons, which is equivalent to every production line manufactured 4.2million square meters PVB film sized 0.78mm thickness.he capacity can fully guarantee the requirement of in time delivery of the orders from domestic and overseas markets and warrantee the product quality.
